Part-Time ENT

Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a community health system in central Minnesota. The role involves building and growing a surgical ENT practice with immediate demand and an opportunity to recapture surgical volume currently referred outside the community.

• Providing outpatient clinic services and performing surgical procedures
• Collaborating with an established ENT specialist in allergy and sleep medicine
• Managing approximately 10-15 surgeries or procedures per month
• Working with a strong referral base and modern clinic facilities
• Supporting a full team including scheduling, billing, nursing, and hospital support

• Board Certified or Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Comfortable performing comprehensive ENT surgeries
• Interest in expanding a community-based surgical practice
• Collaborative team player
• Visa sponsorship not available

• Annual salary of $265,000 plus a 5% performance bonus
