Location: Windom
Overview
Position Available February 2026. Special Education Teacher 1.0 FTE at Windom Middle School for the School Year.
Responsibilities- Develop lesson plans, conduct classroom instruction, and evaluate and assess instructional material and student performance.
- Communicate student progress with parents/guardians and report student performance for local and state records.
- Receive daily prep time scheduled in addition to a daily progress monitoring period.
- Collaborate with the SEAT coordinator and the Student Success Coordinator.
- Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree required.
- Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate grade level and subject area certification required.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.
- Other Special Education Licensure Areas may be considered for this position.
- Union contract salary range based on education, experience, and qualifications: $50,319 - $62,319
