Minimum Requirements- 18+ years of age
- HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to build a flexible work schedule that works for you
- Ability to select your preferred school locations

- Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.
Substitute aides may also be referred to as paraprofessionals, education technicians, teacher's aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant or education assistant.
