• Prefer, but not required, Minnesota teaching and coaching certification.
• Prefer, but not required, employment as a teacher in the Tri-City United School District.
• Previous coaching experience in assigned sport is desirable.
• Knowledge and background in the assigned sport.
• Works collaboratively with students, parents, and other community members.
• Effective interpersonal interactions and communication skills with both youth and adults.
• Experience with “Why We Play” and “Positive Coaching Alliance” seminar/coaches training preferred or willingness to attend training.
