We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substitute Paraprofessional to support our students for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will work directly within general education classrooms to provide essential support to students with disabilities, ensuring they have the tools and assistance needed to succeed alongside their peers.
Details:
- Start Date: March 3, 2026
- Duration: Approximately 2-6 weeks (Estimated end date: Mid-March to late April)
- Environment: General Education Classrooms, 7-12 building
- Provide 1-on-1 or small group instructional support.
- Clearly communicate "must-knows" with case managers and special education team
- Assist with the implementation of accommodations and modifications.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Support student engagement
