BOLD Schools is seeking a 1.0 FTE Elementary Teacher for the 2026-27 school year.

The Elementary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports academic growth and social-emotional development for all students.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction in core content areas.
• Use assessment data to guide instruction and monitor student progress.
• Implement positive classroom management and support MTSS/PBIS frameworks.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and families.
• Participate in PLCs and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain compliance with district policies and Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid Minnesota teaching license.
• Strong classroom management, instructional, and communication skills.
• Commitment to equitable practices and student-centered learning.
