Job Summary:

Responsible for providing education to students so that intellectual, emotional, developmental and social needs are met according to the district and state standards, that will foster life-long learning and good citizenship.

Required Qualifications ,

Education and Experience:

* Minnesota teaching license in Elementary Education, 5-8 or 5-12 Mathematics

* Team oriented approach when working with students, colleagues, parents and administrators

Preferred Qualifications ,

Education and Experience:

* Experience teaching or student teaching Mathematics at the middle school level

* Embraces middle school philosophy of educating the whole child (academic, social, emotional and cognitive)

* Knowledge of the Minnesota Mathematics Standards

* Ability to use technology to enhance curriculum
