Position Title: Substitute Teacher

Location: Annandale Public School District

Immediate Supervisor: Building Principal

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, work as you are needed and as you are available, M-F during the school year.

Typical hours are 7:30 A.M.

- 3:30 P.M. or 7:45 A.M.

- 3:45 P.M.

ISD 876 offers a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week (130 hours per month average over a 9 month period). This position averages less than 30 hours per week and does not qualify for benefits.

Daily Rate of Pay:

• $160 per day for days 1-15
• $165 per day for days 16-45
• $170 per day for days 45+
• Guaranteed half day minimum for absences four hours or less.
• 4-6 hours worked, paid at .75 of the daily rate of pay.
• 6+ hours worked, paid full daily rate of pay.

Instructs students and facilitates their learning in the absence of the regular teacher.

Minnesota Teaching License Required.

If you do not have a teaching license, but you do have a Bachelor's Degree, follow the instructions to obtain a substitute teaching license and become a substitute teacher.
