Waterville-Elysian-Morristown School District is seeking candidates for a Pre-K - 5th Grade Principal. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will strive to maximize the potential for all staff and students.
Position Requirements- Valid licensure as K-12 Principal
- Principal experience preferred
- Leadership experience and obtaining results through a collaborative management model
- Excellent public relations, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Effective skills in staff motivation, supervision, instructional improvement, curriculum development and on-site management
- Understanding and commitment to shared decision‑making processes
- Commitment to being an instructional leader
- Ability to lead change, have courageous conversations and resolve conflicts
Drive to create an innovative elementary level learning environment - Ambitious individual who understands the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary students
- Approachable, visible and open minded leader who has clear expectations and positive regard for all staff and students
