Job SummaryThe ALC science teacher delivers academic programming in multiple science content areas for middle and high school students; develops and delivers engaging curricular content based on state and local standards; implements differentiated instruction with a focus on personalized learning; embeds social-emotional learning, various technologies and a variety of pedagogical approaches into daily activities; establishes effective classroom management with a focus on restorative practices;
and communicates effectively with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications- Valid Minnesota Teaching License in one or more of the science content areas
- Proficient with multiple technologies that support synchronous and asynchronous learning environments
- Ability to cultivate a creative, flexible and positive learning environment through effective classroom management and instruction, innovative teaching techniques, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to pursue additional Career Technical Education (CTE) accreditation
