Waubun-Ogema-White Earth District #435 is seeking a Title I Academic Intervention Teacher for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Provide support and intervention across the curriculum.

• Provide small group instruction and interventions for students needing additional support.
• Offer in-class interventions for students.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop interventions and plans for students.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies for interventions and instruction.
• Collect and analyze student data related to growth.

• Perform multiple tasks and upgrade skills as needed to meet changing job conditions.
• Possess pedagogical and content knowledge for upper elementary and middle school subjects.
• Understand evidence-based practices for academic interventions.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
• Analyze student achievement and growth data.

This position does not supervise other District employees.

• Collaborate with the Title 1 Teacher and classroom teachers to implement interventions.

• B.A. or B.S. degree with a valid Minnesota teaching license.

• Current Minnesota Elementary Education License (K-6) required.

• Experience or training in working with students in academic areas.
