Faculty And Staff R Workshop Student Teaching Assistant (Ws-St2)
The student TA for faculty and staff R workshop will assist statistics and data science professors in running the classroom sessions of a R workshop f.
Two teaching assistants will assist statistics and data science professors in running the classroom sessions of the workshop. TAs will be responsible for answering questions, assisting participants with setting up their RStudio environments, assessing coding errors, and generally assisting with lessons. TAs will need to be able to commute to campus from June 22-24th. Lunch will be provided each day.
Have taken SDS 172 and/or SDS 164.
Experience with the programming language R and RStudio.
Comfort with teaching and interacting with professors and faculty.
