Cologne Academy (Pre Kindergarten-8th Grade Public School) Cologne, MN is located in Carver County and currently enrolls approximately 750 students between our onsite and virtual academy. Applicants will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• specialized instruction in reading, written expression and mathematics
• continuous progress monitoring
• specialized instruction in some or all of the following: social skills, executive functioning skills, functional skills
• IEP writing and conducting teacher components of special education evaluations
• use of instructional technology
• creating schedules and managing paraprofessionals
• excellent communication skills for collaboration with general education teachers, special education team members, and for providing information to parents
