Zumbro Education District (ZED) is an education district serving six member districts that include Triton, Kasson-Mantorville, Stewartville, Byron, Hayfield, and Blooming Prairie. ZED offers a wide array of general education and special education services to our member districts.

Job Summary:

The specialized paraprofessional position is designed to assist in the delivery of educational services to youth identified as students with special needs ages 6-18. Assistance will be provided on an individualized or small group basis under the direction of a special education licensed teacher.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Able to record and summarize data in written form for educational staffings. Prior experience with secondary students with special needs. No prior medical condition which would impair the delivery of services based on the student's IEP.
