High School Science Teaching Position
Kingsland Public Schools has a 1.0 FTE, 7-12 High School Science Teaching Position available for the school year. Candidates should hold or be eligible for a Minnesota teaching license. A 5-12 or 7-12 Science licensure is preferred. Additional licensures are a positive. Preferred candidate will possess or be willing to work towards proficiency in: A focus on lab/activity-based instruction Experience with aligning curriculum, activities, and assessments to standards Cooperative professional approach to teaching and learning Experience with professional learning communities and PBIS Experience with differentiating instruction Strong classroom and behavior management Strong technology skills Excellent communication skills Belief that all students can achieve and can meet high expectations Multiple strategies used to ensure all learners achieve at the highest levels Salary Range: $46,466-$80,386 depending upon experience and education.
