Zumbro Education District (ZED) is an education district serving six member districts:
Triton, Kasson-Mantorville, Stewartville, Byron, Hayfield, and Blooming Prairie. ZED offers a wide array of general education and special education services to our member districts.

Job Summary:

This position provides on-site office management for three special education/alternative learning programs (Futures/SUN, ALC, and T2S) and provides direct administrative assistance to the Director of Student Support Services.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office environment (preferably within public schools) and high school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Documents, Sheets, Forms, Slides and Classroom
• Preferred experience in Student Information Systems, such as Infinite Campus and/or ability to learn additional program software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/prioritize work assignments and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work with a special needs/at-risk student population, teachers, administration, parents and social service personnel.
• Maintain respectful relationships with students, parents, and staff
