Salary: $48,733 to $100,583 per year

• Appropriate teaching license/certification
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of language acquisition strategies and instructional best practices

• Provide direct instruction to English Language Learners (ELL) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Develop and implement individualized and small‑group instructional plans aligned with state standards and language proficiency goals.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student success in all academic areas.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of language development and assessment data.
• Administer language proficiency assessments and assist with student placement and program recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and educational support.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and district requirements related to multilingual learner programs.

• Compensation & Paid Leave
  • Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $48,733 and MA: $56,357; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
