Position will begin at the start of the 2026-27 school year and continue through 1st semester (January 15, 2027).

Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial Secondary School seeks a long-term substitute special education teacher. The position serves students in grades 6–12.

You support students with disabilities. You deliver instruction. You work with staff and families. You help students grow.

• Teach and support students with IEPs.
• Deliver small-group and co-taught instruction.
• Implement IEP accommodations and modifications.
• Monitor progress and collect data.
• Collaborate with general education teachers.
• Communicate with families and the special education team.
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom.

• Minnesota licensure in Special Education, or eligibility.
• Knowledge of IEPs and special education law.
• Commitment to student success.

• Long-term substitute assignment.
