Polaris Inc. – Roseau Operations seeks a Lean Facilitator (Hourly Grade
2) to support continuous improvement across Roseau. You will facilitate problem-solving sessions, train teams, and coach operators to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost on the shop floor.
You will accelerate Lean adoption, lead training activities, and enable teams through coaching and structured facilitation to strengthen Polaris’ CI culture.
