Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English. MN Teaching License - Elementary Education Pay Rate/Range: NEA Agreement BA-$57,461 - MA40-$95,320 Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in Spanish for all core subject areas. Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports language acquisition and academic growth. Foster bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural understanding through daily instruction. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, linguistic, and social-emotional needs of students. Assess student learning using formal and informal assessments, and use data to guide instruction.
