Kids Site Leader

Position Purpose

The Kids Company Site Leader provides leadership and oversight of the Kids Company program at Albany Elementary. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and administering all daily activities for Kids Company and works collaboratively with the Coordinator and Program Leaders on overall site planning and program logistics.

• Provide a well-organized and smooth functioning Kids Company program.
• Plan and coordinate developmentally appropriate activities.
• Oversee and direct Kids Company program staff.
• Work collaboratively with Program Leaders on overall site planning and program logistics.
• Assist Kids Company Coordinator with overall program planning at sites.
• Maintain necessary records, including important student information and registration materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Uses standard office equipment such as personal computer, copy machine, and telephone.

• Experience working with youth in a supervisory capacity required.
• Associate's Degree in education or related field preferred.
