Paraprofessional Positions
Dover-Eyota Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for paraprofessional positions for the school year. These positions will serve Preschool through 5th grade students with Special Education Services.
Position Details:

Full-Time - School Year:
- Starting Salary: $16 an hour and more depending on experience
- Final date to receive applications:
August 9, 2026 - Required Licensure:
Applicants must have a two year college education, or be able to pass the paraprofessional state testing shortly after hiring.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the special education students PreK-5
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
- Collaborate with staff and support teams
- Work under the direction of the elementary principal
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
