- Develop individualized adapted physical education (APE) goals aligned with students' IEPs
- Plan and teach modified physical activities that improve motor skills, coordination, strength, and fitness
- Adapt equipment, games, and instruction so students can safely and successfully participate
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support students' physical development and inclusion
- Monitor student progress, documents outcomes, and adjusts instruction to help students meet their goals
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Education or Related Field
- Active Minnesota DAPE license through PELSB (Tier 3 or
4) - Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
