Early Learning Coordinator
We are seeking a detailed-oriented, organized, and family-focused individual to serve as our Early Learning Coordinator. The Early Learning Coordinator will be responsible for assisting families, supporting preschool staff, and ensuring all preschool operations and documentation remain up to date. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in early childhood settings, communicates well with families, and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for preschool families and staff during the coordinator's leave
- Answer questions about the Young Royals Preschool program and assist families with enrollment-related needs
- Prepare and organize preschool paperwork, student files, and classroom materials for the upcoming school year
- Ensure required reporting and documentation remain current
- Complete administrative tasks such as printing student documents, preparing teacher packets, and organizing materials
- Send scholarship information to families and track returned forms
- Assist with general office tasks and maintain smooth communication across the program
Schedule & Duration:
40 hours per week Begins August 24, 2026 Flexible schedule to fit your needs Pay commensurate with the WM Manager Contract (attached) Benefits may include Health, dental, and life insurance and long term disability
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable interacting with families and staff Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Familiarity with early childhood programs is helpful but not required Positive, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed
