Laker Care Positions Available
Laker Care is seeking enthusiastic team members to help create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children 33 months to 5th grade. Due to expanding into Waverly, we are looking to fill the following positions:
Lead Pre Laker Care (33 months to 5 years) - Waverly, MNRequirements:
Must meet the education and experience requirements established under MN Rule 3 to serve as a Teacher in a licensed child care center. These qualifications are based on a combination of education and verified work experience in a licensed setting.
As a Lead Child Care Supervisor, you'll:
- Build and nurture positive relationships with children and families.
- Lead a classroom team and inspire young learners.
- Help children learn, grow, and make lasting memories.
- Work with Laker Care Coordinator to develop and implement curriculum and activities in the classroom.
Approximate Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay Scale: $22.00 - $25.00 based on education and experience
Lead School Age Laker Care (Kindergarten-5th Grade) - Waverly, MN and Howard Lake, MNRequirements:
Must meet the education and experience requirements established under MN Rule 3 to serve as a Teacher in a licensed child care center. These qualifications are based on a combination of education and verified work experience in a licensed setting.
As a Lead Child Care Supervisor, you'll:

Pay Scale: $22.00 - $25.00 based on education and experience
Assistant School Age Laker Care (Kindergarten-5th Grade) - Waverly, MNRequirements:
Must be 18+, experience working with children in a child care setting preferred.
Approximate Shift: 2:30pm-5:30pm
Pay Scale: $18.50 - $21.00 based on education and experience
Positions can be year-round. During the summer, schedules may be adjusted to cover longer shifts. Positions to start August 24th, 2026. Deadline:
