English Learner (ELL) Teacher

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 0.15 FTE (1/7) English Learner (ELL) Teacher to serve K12 students. This position involves delivering high-quality instruction to identified English Learners, supporting their academic growth and language development in alignment with district and state standards. The EL Teacher will provide targeted instruction and supporting teachers. The role requires flexibility to work across various grade levels, using diverse instructional strategies to meet student needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required) Valid teaching license with an EL endorsement (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated commitment to equity and belief that all students can achieve at high levels Strong background in literacy and language instruction Deep understanding of language acquisition processes and WIDA standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills
