Description of the PositionTo provide planning, facilitation and logistics support for the Taylor Center’s cultural, social and educational programming and for student organizations’ sponsored events.

- Plan, assess and lead small group conversations and support Taylor Center selected events and programs
- Collaborate on developing event engagement proposals
- Collaborate on team projects and facilitate conversations
- Create and distribute publicity on campus and online
- Execute event logistics (space reservations, food catering, print orders, etc.)
- Drive college vehicles (if authorized as certified driver)
- Attend training, meetings and program sessions, committees, etc.
- Assist on development of online, visual and social platform communications for Taylor Center Programs.
- Serve as a liaison between student organizations, college staff, and departments.
- Collaborate on special projects as needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Google applications
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with event logistics f.
- Experience with group facilitation
- 1-year experience with event logistics f.
- Availability to continue in this position for a minimum of 2 academic years
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and social media management
- Familiarity and knowledge of the Taylor Center’s activities and programs
- College certified driver
- Student leadership experience
