Dover-Eyota Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for a Long-Term 5th grade Elementary Education Teacher position for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve as the classroom teacher for a 5th grade classroom at Dover-Eyota Elementary School.
- Position: Elementary Education Teacher 5th Grade
- Employment: Long Term Substitute
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Starting Salary: Prorated salary based on a BA Step 2 of our DEEA Contract
- Final date to receive applications: August 9, 2026
Required Licensure
Applicants must hold or be eligible for one of the following Minnesota teaching licenses:
- K–6 Teaching License
- 5-8 Specialist License
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the classroom teacher for a 5th grade classroom
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
- Collaborate with staff and support teams
- Work under the direction of the elementary principal
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
