About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750+ employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for preschool and kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support for children with disabilities ages Birth-3 years old and their families.
• Coordinate and conduct multidisciplinary team assessments of a child, the child’s family, and develop integrated goals and outcomes for the IFSP.
• Consult with parents, other service providers, and representatives of appropriate community agencies to ensure the effective provision of services.

• Bachelor's degree in education and required teaching certificate in a related area of instruction as required by the State of Minnesota.
• Licensure from the State of Minnesota in Early Childhood Special Education.
• Must be able to kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and lift up to 30 pounds.

Starting salary range = $48,292-$90,967. For more information, please see the Certified Master Contract .
