Student Success Liaison Lewiston – Altura Public Schools participates in the state‑funded Achievement and Integration program in partnership with Winona Area Public Schools. As part of this program, we are hiring a bilingual Student Success Liaison to support PK‑12 students and parents/guardians with their transition to and participation in our district. The priorities are to facilitate communications between students, school staff and parents/guardians to problem‑solve and reduce barriers, helping to ensure student success.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma. Must be fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Spanish. Ability to work well with students, school staff and parents/guardians. Positive attitude, flexibility and commitment to every student’s success.
Working ConditionsIndividual will work with students and staff at Lewiston – Altura Elementary School and Lewiston – Altura High School, as well as with parents/guardians. Some travel to Winona is also required. Mileage reimbursement and/or use of a school vehicle will be provided.
