Naytahwaush Community Charter School seeks an Executive Director who builds trust and unifies people around student success. This leader embraces Native American culture and language, provides strong instructional and financial leadership, promotes accountability, and builds meaningful relationships while leading with humility, fairness, and respect.

Naytahwaush Community Charter School is a public charter school located in the White Earth Nation community of Naytahwaush in northwestern Minnesota. Opened in 2005, the school serves elementary students and was created to provide a child-centered learning environment that respects Native American culture, traditions, language, and community values while promoting strong academics and healthy life choices. The school emphasizes the development of the “whole child” through experiential learning, community involvement, and culturally connected education.
