KMS Public Schools has a position available for a part-time Activities Director. This is a 10‑month position with salary based on experience and qualifications beginning fall 2026.

Activities Director

• Oversee all MSHSL activity programs and extra‑curricular programs
• Conduct evaluations of all coaching and activity staff in collaboration with the building administration
• Schedule transportation for off‑campus events, ensuring timely communication with the transportation department, coaches, participants, families, and building administration
• Schedule game officials and event staff
• Provide mentoring and evaluation of the coaching staff and extra‑curricular advisors
• Ensure registration processes are accessible, accurate, and well‑communicated
• Maintain Academic Eligibility Policy, monitor to ensure all MSHSL Rules & Bylaws are followed, monitor and communicate absence and grade information of students participating in extracurricular activities as related to district policy
• Organize and schedule all athletic contests and assist in scheduling all practice sessions
• Arrange facilities scheduling, supplies, game officials, and transportation
• Collaborate on resolving personnel or participant concerns, ensuring alignment with school policies
