Make an impact supporting students’ success in a full-time, contract opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist. This role involves working across two districts to enhance student outcomes and ensure special education needs are met through comprehensive evaluations, behavioral support, and effective implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).

Key

Qualifications:

• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Thorough understanding of special education laws, evaluation procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively within school-based teams.
• Solid background in conducting psycho educational assessments and interpreting results.
• Familiarity with MTSS frameworks and positive behavioral interventions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students requiring special education services.
• Participate in designing and implementing behavioral interventions for students with higher needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective support strategies.
• Provide data-driven consultation and recommendations as part of MTSS processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Travel between two districts as needed to address priorities and deliver direct and consultative psychological services.
• Serve as a key resource for special education teams, helping to manage and coordinate services for students with significant needs.
