Are you passionate about bringing innovative designs to life? Chandler Exhibits is seeking a Drafting Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you’ll leverage your Solid Works expertise and materials knowledge (metal, wood) to create detailed construction drawings that drive the manufacturing of high‑end retail environments and fixtures.

• Transform 3D renderings into precise, production‑ready drawings using Solid Works.
• Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality.
• Conduct value engineering reviews to optimize cost, design intent, and performance.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and manage documentation in PDM systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining engineering processes and embracing lean manufacturing principles.

• Education: AS/AAS degree in Drafting/Design Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in drafting/engineering, ideally in retail fixtures or millwork manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Solid Works and familiarity with PDM systems.
• Knowledge of sheet metal and tube fabrication, with lean manufacturing expertise as a plus.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills.

$55,000 - $70,000 (+ profit sharing)
