Gleeds is inviting expressions of interest for upcoming roles within our Finland team. We expect openings at various levels for talented and proactive professionals in Project Management and Cost Management.
Gleeds is an independent global Real Estate and Construction consultancy with 150 years of history, specialising in cost management, project management and technical advisory services.

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Proven experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in Finland, with a strong understanding of national construction practices and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Finnish languages (written and spoken).
- Relevant technical qualifications in a construction-related field, such as a degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
