Technical Field Advisor

Arabelle Solutions, part of EDF Group, invites you to join as a Technical Field Advisor (TFA) on the Nordics Field Service team. In this role you will travel to customer sites as a technical expert, providing guidance and support for steam turbine maintenance in nuclear power plants.

• Provide technical guidance and support for the installation, maintenance, and operation of steam turbines and auxiliary systems at customer sites.
• Perform administrative tasks, including writing technical reports, preparing detailed job instructions, assisting in outage planning, and supporting tendering work.
• Mentor, coach, and train other field service team members.
• Assist in developing outage schedules to ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee and ensure high‑quality work from team members.
• Promote and enforce adherence to safety standards and best practices.

• Technical university degree, Higher Vocational Education, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in steam turbine maintenance.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical reports promptly and accurately.
• Proficiency in documenting, planning, and executing maintenance activities.
• A strong commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of work.
