is currently seeking Interns to provide technical support on a variety of projects. These positions will be part of Stantec's Environmental Services team that provides the full range of expertise needed to address a variety of regulatory, ecological, engineering and environmental planning issues.

Stantec is currently seeking Interns to provide technical support on a variety of projects. These positions will be part of Stantec's Environmental Services team that provides the full range of expertise needed to address a variety of regulatory, ecological, engineering and environmental planning issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in the management and implementation of various environmental projects.
- Engineering support could include design, CAD drafting; project documentation (i.e. report preparation, water quality calculations, drainage area delineations, hydrologic calculations, file organization, etc.); construction observation, attendance at client meetings and various project-related tasks.
- Assist staff conducting research.
- Conduct fieldwork on a variety of sites.
- Prepare other project documentation as required.
- Track the processing of incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Performing other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of college education in environmental sciences or an engineering field.
- Preferred candidate is familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office software.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and prioritize a diverse array of assignments and duties.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Enjoys both field work and office work.

** Pay Range:*
* - $23.47 - $34.50 Hourly
** Pay Transparency:
** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
