We're looking for a talented Ag Ventilation Construction Engineer to help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems-critical components in sow farm biosecurity.

What You'll Do- Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction
- Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements
- Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms
- Training and supporting on-farm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks
- Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with team members across multiple locations
- A drive for achieving results and solving problems
- Strong knowledge of ventilation systems or a related technical background (ag engineering, mechanical systems, HVAC, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
