Responsibilities

Develop creative design concepts and architectural solutions

Prepare Revit models, drawings, and construction documents

Assist with programming, site planning, and zoning/code analysis

Support 2D/3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations

Participate in client discussions and incorporate design feedback

Support construction administration tasks (shop drawings, RFIs, submittals)

Coordinate with engineering consultants and project team members

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative design culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

5+ years of architectural design experience

Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple project activities within the architecture industry

Strong Revit and Sketch Up skills

Experience with site planning and zoning analysis

Ability to manage multiple project tasks independently

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and design skills

Experience with Enscape, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wayzata, MN.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wayzata, MN.
