Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Mechanical Electrician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The candidate should have a solid background in electrical, telecommunications, automation (PLC), wireless technologies (including 5G and WiFi), and a strong foundation in mechanical maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires understanding of remote operating systems, robotic technologies, green field operations, tooling, fixture design, PLC, and Rockwell Automation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with fixed automation, vision systems, line inspection, and design-build processes. Knowledge of EV infrastructure, mechanical systems, solar and wind energy, and engineering services is a plus. We work on electrical, automation, lighting, new construction, remodeling, grain operation, renovations, RF, tower operations & turn-key solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with 24v - 480v and up to 69kv systems.

Responsibilities

The Permanent Mechanical Electrician will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a variety of electrical systems, including telecommunications and wireless networks, robotic systems, and automation systems. They will inspect and troubleshoot existing systems and perform repairs or adjustments. They will assist with the design and implementation of new construction projects, as well as renovations and upgrades to existing facilities. All work must be completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Electrician in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with telecommunications, wireless technologies (including 5G and WiFi), VHF, Nomad, Ridux, and remote operating systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of robotic technologies, green field operations, tooling, fixture design, PLC, and Rockwell Automation.
  • Experience with fixed automation, vision systems, line inspection, and design-build processes.
  • Knowledge of EV infrastructure, mechanical systems, solar and wind energy, and engineering services.
  • Experience in lighting, new construction, remodeling, grain operation, and renovations.
  • Comfortable working with 480v and 69kv systems, with a civil engineering background.
  • RF, tower operations, PIM, sweep, fiber, crane, and boom lift experience.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
