Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from both a technical and managerial perspective. This role involves estimating projects, creating and managing change orders, managing client relations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will generate project schedules and work closely with field supervision to ensure projects remain on track from start to finish.

- Previous industrial managerial experience

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the oil/gas and energy industry is a plus
- General knowledge of industrial piping and millwright projects
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Primavera or Microsoft Projects)
- Adherence to quality workmanship standards
- Project management skills
- BSME, construction, mechanical engineering, project engineering, project coordination, mechanical, estimation
- 2-year associate degree preferred but not required
- Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role
The Project Manager will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Projects is essential. The role may involve working in various industrial settings, including construction, mechanical engineering, and project engineering. A professional demeanor and adherence to quality workmanship standards are expected.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based out of Northfield, MN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
