Salary: $90,000 - $111,000 per year
Jobot Job is hosted by Forrest Mack. This position is part of a global electronics manufacturing services provider that designs, builds, and tests complex electronic products across a wide range of industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop or support automated production test systems within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Program and maintain test solutions using LabVIEW and related technologies.
Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and software designs for testing and validation.
Use electronic test instrumentation for troubleshooting and validation.
Lead technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate across engineering and manufacturing groups.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately five years of experience developing or supporting automated production test systems in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong LabVIEW programming experience with demonstrated success developing new automated test solutions.
- Solid understanding of both hardware and software, including schematic interpretation, PCB layouts, and programming.
- Experience using electronic test instrumentation for troubleshooting and validation.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate across engineering and manufacturing groups.
- National Instruments certifications, including CLAD, CLD, CLA, or completion of LabVIEW and Test Stand training courses.
- Experience developing applications with Test Stand, Python, and
- Knowledge of functional testing (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), boundary scan, or JTAG methodologies.
- Understanding of embedded processors, computer architecture, and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Gen Rad 228x or Teradyne Z18xx automated test platforms.
