We're Hiring:
Project Scheduler – Energy Projects
Are you passionate about planning complex infrastructure projects and ensuring successful project delivery? Do you thrive on building realistic schedules, analyzing critical paths, and keeping major projects on track?
We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join our growing team and support the delivery of large-scale substation, transmission, BESS, renewable energy and data centre projects across Finland.
If you have strong experience with Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6, we'd love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities- Develop and maintain Level 1–4 project schedules.
- Create baseline schedules and monitor project progress.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
- Coordinate schedules with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
- Analyze schedule impacts, delays and changes.
- Produce weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Support project managers with planning and forecasting.
- Participate in client planning meetings and project reviews.
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience in EPC, energy, infrastructure, industrial or construction projects.
- Good understanding of project planning principles and schedule logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High voltage substations

- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Renewable energy projects
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Delay analysis and project controls
- Power BI or advanced Excel reporting
