Sr. Process Engineer

Fridley, MN/ Mississauga, ON {Canada} (Onsite) Contract or Full Time both are ok

Lead Process Engineer for the HyLYZER® 1000-30 hydrogen electrolyzer product platform (seconded to Accelera by Cummins)

Leading a team of eight process engineers through execution of product design reviews, product development, and customer order engineering for the product.

Reviewing document updates and developing improvements to the product standard design.

Driving key platform function developments in functional safety (HAZOP/PHA) and oxygen service material compatibility assessment.

Negotiating cross-functionally for various issues including relief valve sizing/piping and hydrogen purification system dryer/regeneration system design.

Coordinating, developing, and communicating responses to customer project technical inquiries.

Working with project managers, suppliers, other engineers, designers, and production team to resolve discrepancies and address process design and schedule risks.

Supporting the platform process team with guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
