Electrical Engineer

Marvin is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer I to support the design, testing, and improvement of electrical systems used in our premium window, door, and skylight manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll help develop and update electrical drawings, assist with troubleshooting equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. Working in a people-first, collaborative environment, you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to innovative building product and automation technologies while building a long-term engineering career.

Responsibilities

• Support design and modification of electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and building products
• Create and update electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of equipment issues
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and product engineering teams on improvement projects
• Help implement safety and compliance standards in electrical designs
• Collect and analyze data to improve equipment performance and reliability
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new or upgraded equipment
