As a Mechanical Designer II, you'll create high-quality 3D models and production drawings for parts, weldments, and assemblies based on customer and internal requirements.

In this role, you'll:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs and drawings
• Develop parts, weldments, and assemblies from concepts, sketches, and design discussions
• Verify dimensions, materials, tolerances, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure design accuracy
• Support product development from initial concept through production
• Troubleshoot and validate products on the manufacturing floor
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support project success
• Apply engineering principles, materials knowledge, and fabrication processes to solve practical design challenges
• Support quality and ISO requirements as needed

• 3+ years of CAD design experience
• Associate degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Ability to interpret concepts and transform them into detailed production-ready designs
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office tools
