Gameday Production Internship - Summer

Position: Gameday Production Internship - Summer '26
Location: Excelsior

The Gameday Production Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Wind Chill Production team in delivering an exceptional entertainment experience at every home game. This position is designed for individuals passionate about sports and entertainment, offering a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a dynamic game day atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Wind Chill Production team in enhancing the entertainment experience at every home game, ensuring it's engaging, informative, and enjoyable.
• Take on the role of pre-game on-field stage manager, coordinating in-stadium contests, vendor activations and placement, sponsored activities, and managing messaging for the scoreboard related to the game, fans, and sponsors.
• Collaborate in crafting scripts for game hosts and announcers.
• Promote and drive engagement with our Wind Chill Fan Zone mobile app in stadium, offering various contests and games to those in attendance at the game.
• Assist with execution of game themes and special activations in partnership with the marketing team
• Assist with creation of video board related assets to boost fan engagement

Qualifications:

• College student, or recent college graduate
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for ultimate frisbee and sports is highly desirable.

Timeframe:
March 2026 - August 2026.

Hours:

5-10 hours/week, including all Minnesota Wind Chill 6-7 Home Games (May 2026 - August 2026)
