As our full- or part-time Strategic Planning Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their entire experience. You ll handle incoming calls, gather customer details, book service appointments, and address inquiries with professionalism and care. You ll also work closely with our field team, ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless communication. Beyond the phones, you ll support the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly.

Your role is more than just answering calls—it s about delivering exceptional service and making every interaction count.

• High school diploma or equivalent

Having call center experience is a plus but not required for this forward thinking role!
