Grand Casino Hinckley seeks a Marketing Ambassador to welcome guests, enroll new players, and assist in events and promotions. You will answer guest questions, book hotel rooms, and promote the casino’s loyalty program with a focus on accuracy and customer care.
You will work with multiple teams to ensure smooth operation of promotions, drawings, and entertainment while maintaining confidentiality of guest information and accurate records.
