- Location 5616 Prairies Edge Lane,Granite Falls, MN, 56241,United States
- Base Pay $20.00 - $24.00 / Hour
- Coordinate and execute casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways, and special events.
- Support entertainment events, VIP functions, bus tours, and group activities.
- Assist with loyalty program promotions, kiosk campaigns, and free play offers.
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination.
- Track promotional performance and prepare event recap reports.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support sponsor ships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain promotional calendars, records, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, gaming, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn casino marketing systems.
- Ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

- Shift Differentials $1.00/hour extra for 4:00 p.m.
- midnight and $2.00/hour extra for midnight - 8:00 a.m. - We also offer a generous benefit package with Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Employee Discounts, Paid Time Off, Vacation, and 401k - with a company match.
Must pass State and Federal background check, and pre-employment drug screening (which does test for THC)
